Dirk ELSTON, MD

Professor and Chairman of the Department of Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery at the Medical University of South Carolina, in Charleston.

He is a past president of the American Academy of Dermatology and the American Society of Dermatopathology, has served on the board of directors of the International Society of Dermatopathology and the American Board of Dermatology, and serves as the Editor of the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology.

He is an Honorary Professor at China Medical University in Shenyang, China, and a Guest Professor at the Xiangya School of Medicine, Central South University in Changsha, China.

He is an Honorary member of the German and the French Dermatology Societies.

Lidia RUDNICKA, MD

Professor

Member of the Board of Directors of the International League of Dermatological Societies, Member of the Board of Representatives of the EADV and honorary president of the Polish Dermatological Society.

She is the head of the Department of Dermatology, Medical University of Warsaw, Poland. Her scientific achievements consist of over 400 publications.

The main scientific achievement of Prof. Rudnicka is her contribution to development of trichoscopy for diagnosis hair and scalp disorders.

She coined the term "trichoscopy", co-edited "The Atlas of Trichoscopy" and organized the First World Congress of Trichoscopy in Warsaw, Poland.

Her clinical interests focus on hair diseases, including alopecia areata.

She is an honorary member of several scientific Societies.

Julia SCARISBRICK, MD

Julia leads the Cutaneous Lymphoma Service within the Rare Diseases Centre at University Hospitals Birmingham and is Honorary Professor at the Institute of Immunology and Immunotherapy, University of Birmingham, UK.

She is Chair of the EORTC Cutaneous Lymphoma Group, President of the UK Photopheresis Society, Secretary for the International Society of Cutaneous Lymphomas (ISCL) and Treasurer for the UK-Cutaneous Lymphoma Group.

Julia is active in both clinical and molecular research fields for cutaneous lymphoma.

She has a Successful Translational Research Program and is Involved in the Development and Delivery of Both Commercial and Academic Clinical Studies.

She has published over 100 peer-reviewed articles, contributed to a number of books, and is involved in the development of management guidelines.

Enzo ERRICHETTI, MD

Associate Professor at the Institute of Dermatology of the University of Udine (Italy).

He is the General Secretary of the Italian Association of Non-Invasive Diagnostics in Dermatology (AIDNID), Executive Board member of the International Dermoscopy Society (IDS), and Chair of the IDS Task Force on “Imaging in Skin of color".

Maria ANGELO-KHATTAR, MD

She is the Managing Diretor of Altaderma clinic and currently the International Director of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M).

She has published 40 scientific and medical papers in international journals and has also delivered over 60 lectures on a variety of subjects in the field of anti-aging and aesthetic medicine at international congresses.

She is also a member of several leading professional organizations including the American Society of Laser in Medicine and Surgery (ASLMS), European Society of Lasers in Dermatology and is a fellow of the Royal Society of Medicine.

Ashraf REDA, MD

He obtained his medical qualification from Ain Shams University, Cairo, Egypt in 1981.

He served as professor of Dermatology at the same University.

He has spent 2 years at Mayo clinic, Rochester, Minnesota where he got extra training in clinical dermatology, Dermatopathology and Immunodermatology.

He has several research and clinical articles published in national and international journals.

He has been actively participating as an international speaker in various multinational scientific events in the field of dermatology and immunology.

He is a Boston University-trained dermatologist and dermatologic surgeon.

He is founder of the Skin Clinic in Beirut, and most recently the Skin Experts Polyclinic in Dubai, a multispecialty center of excellence in dermatology, plastic surgery, wellbeing and dentistry.

He is a pioneer in facial rejuvenation, and a leader in laser, hair restoration, skin cancer, and cosmetic skin surgery.

Thomas BERGER, MD

He is German Board Certified Consultant Dermatologist, completed his medical studies in Germany with "magna cum laude" distinction.

He earned his Dermatology board certification in 2001 after conducting extensive clinical and experimental skin cancer research, resulting in a Ph.D. in Melanoma Research. Since 2004, he has practiced Dermatology in the UAE, initially as Head of Dermatology at Tawam Hospital in Al Ain and later in private practice in Abu Dhabi.

He is the Owner and Consultant Dermatologist at BSK Medical Center in Abu Dhabi, an innovative center for Skin Health and Aesthetic Dermatology, also Serving as a Teaching center for UAE National Doctors seeking Dermatology board certification. Additionally, he consults at the Healthbay Policlinic "Aesthetic Center" in Dubai.

He is a senior faculty member of the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine, conducting hands-on workshops in Aesthetic Dermatology across the UAE, MENA region, Europe, and Asia.

He is also a faculty member of Dermatology at the University Hospital of Erlangen, Germany, and serves as the editor of the specialist journal "Case Reports in Dermatological Medicine.

Louai SALAH, MD

He is a consultant dermatologist at East Jeddah General Hospital in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. He is also a visiting dermatologist at King Abdullah University of Science and Technology and a visiting lecturer at national medical colleges in Jeddah. He earned his dermatology and venereology board in 2015 from Sahlgrenska University Hospital in Gothenburg, Sweden, after which he underwent his fellowship training in 2016 at Laser and Vascular Anomalies Center at Skane University Hospital in Sweden. He also holds the UEMS - European Board of Dermatology Examination - which he earned in 2016. He has a special interest in laser applications in the skin of color. He has been invited as a speaker to several national and international conferences. He is also active in raising health awareness on social media and has regular popular posts on Instagram and Snapchat promoting skincare and debunking common myths. He has also been an active part of the editorial board of the ESLD newsletter and is involved directly in proofreading articles as well as a deputy officer in guidelines review. He has several publications in highly-ranked journals in the field of atopic dermatitis, psoriasis, and laser. He is a Deputy Officer for Treatment and Guidelines at the European Society for Laser and Energy-Based Devices (ESLD) and an Editorial Board member.
